Since 1989 Şölen has proudly created flavors and tastes which are loved the world over. Its product range of more than 200 chocolate delights is carefully created by Şölen’s highly-skilled and professional staff, who are priviledged to work at its 62,000 m² factory, featuring state-of-the-art high-tech equipment, facilities which boast of the world’s most progressive chocolate production technologies.

At what is now one of Europe’s largest manufacturing plants, the production of Şölen’s various brands is enhanced by the Company’s acute understanding of how to make chocolate of a superior quality. These inimitable chocolate delights are then exported around the world to almost 90 countries, as near as the European Union, the Balkans, Central Asia and the Middle East, and as far away as the United States, the Far East and Australia. By exporting 70% of its total production, Şölen’s overall export revenues grew in 2005 to US$ 64 million. The Company has been awarded the “ISO 9001/2000” and the HACCP quality certificates, thereby confirming Şölen’s expertise in exemplary production.
